We are creating a high-quality scheme that combines traditional red and buff brick masonry with glazed tiles. These tiles, in crimson, peacock blue and green-grey, reflect the historic Leeds tiling tradition that can be seen in the city's arcades, library and heritage buildings. Deep window reveals and variety in the brick work will also add to the quality of the final development.
